Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Europe — the Czech Republic, every EU member state, and the rest of the continent including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. Shipping is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Gym equipment runs from a 0.2 kg pair of straps to a 300 kg rig, so the rate is banded by the weight of the whole order rather than charged as one flat fee.

Dispatch and transit
Parcels leave us within 1–2 business days and reach a Czech address in 2–4 business days, or the rest of Europe in 4–9 business days. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead to agree a delivery window; allow 5–12 business days.
Heavy and oversized items
Racks, rigs, machines and flooring travel on a pallet. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings the pallet to the door of the building, not up stairs or into a room. If access is tight, tell us before ordering and we will say what is realistic.
Damage in transit
Check the packaging before you sign. If anything is visibly damaged, note it on the carrier's paperwork and tell us within 7 days so we can claim against the carrier. This is a request to help us resolve it quickly; your statutory rights are not affected.
