The deck of Andare 281 sits on elastomer blocks that take the landing before your knees do, and the frame under it is steel & abs.
The belt is 3-ply with a low-friction underside, and the deck beneath it is reversible — turn it once and you have a second life out of the same board. Maximum user weight is 180 kg.
Steel & ABS frame, welded rather than bolted at the load-bearing joints. Speed runs to 18 km/h and incline to 15%, both on their own motors so one does not wait for the other. The finish marks before the frame does, which is the right way round.
