Basetta 199 Flat Bench

The gap between back and seat pad on Basetta 199 is 15 mm, small enough that it is not something you feel through a heavy set.

Steel & Vinyl. The pad is high-density foam over ply, vinyl-covered and stitched rather than stapled, on a frame that tapers at the shoulder for a wider grip.

Adjustment is a ladder-and-pin arrangement — slower than a gas strut, and it has nothing in it to fail. 320 kg rating covers user plus load. It is built to be serviced rather than replaced: every wear part unbolts.
