The feet on Basetta 279 are rubber and replaceable, so it grips a rubber floor without shredding it.
Adjustment is a ladder-and-pin arrangement — slower than a gas strut, and it has nothing in it to fail. 600 kg rating covers user plus load.
It rolls on two wheels at one end, so a heavy bench moves without a second person. It is built to be serviced rather than replaced: every wear part unbolts.
