Basetta 903 is a preacher curl bench in steel & vinyl, rated to 250 kg including the bar.
Steel & Vinyl. The pad is high-density foam over ply, vinyl-covered and stitched rather than stapled, on a frame that tapers at the shoulder for a wider grip.
Adjustment is a ladder-and-pin arrangement — slower than a gas strut, and it has nothing in it to fail. 250 kg rating covers user plus load. The finish marks before the frame does, which is the right way round.
