Borraccia 830 is dense enough to keep its shape under body weight and textured enough not to slide across the floor.
It cleans with a wipe and takes no maintenance beyond that.
Closed-cell, so it does not soak up sweat and does not go soft after a few months of daily use. It is cheap to replace and slow to need it.

Care
Keep it out of the bottom of a gym bag with wet kit — that is how everything small dies.
