Carrico 502 Abdominal Machine

Carrico 502 moves on a diverging path, which keeps the load on the muscle instead of handing it to the joint at the end of the range.

The weight stack is steel, in 5 kg plates, pinned with a magnetic selector that cannot fall out mid-set. Every pulley is sealed-bearing nylon, not a bushing on a bolt.

Powder-Coated Steel on a 50 mm box section. Guide rods are hard-chromed and run in self-lubricating bushings, so the stack drops quietly and stays quiet. Three years of daily use leave it looking used rather than worn out.
