Fascio 290 Slam Ball

Fascio 290 is a slam ball in rubber — the kind of kit that gets thrown down at the end of a set and has to not mind.

Dead-bounce fill — it lands and stays where it lands, which is the whole point of a slam ball and the thing a medicine ball will not do.

Thick-walled rubber with a textured surface; the seam is vulcanised rather than glued, so repeated slams do not split it. It wears slowly and visibly, so you replace it because you decided to rather than because it failed mid-session.
