Ferrosa 795 Cast Iron Plate Pair

Flat-faced and close-stacking, Ferrosa 795 suits a plate tree and a loaded bar equally.

Every plate is weighed on a calibrated scale, within 10 g per plate. The bore is 50 mm and cut rather than cast, so it slides on without rattling.

Plain cast iron, machined at the bore and painted after. It chips — all cast iron does — and it will still be weighing the same in twenty years. There is nothing inside it to break loose or settle out of balance.
