Dropped, racked and dropped again: Ghisata 939 is built for a platform rather than carried to one.
The rubber is bonded to a steel insert rather than moulded around bare iron, so the bore stays round after a few hundred drops.
Cast and faced on one side so the bore runs true. Every plate is weighed on a calibrated scale, within 1%, rather than trusted to the mould. There is nothing inside it to break loose or settle out of balance.
