Manovra 490 Chest Press Machine

Everything adjustable on Manovra 490 is adjustable from the seat: you do not get up mid-set to change a pin.

Powder-Coated Steel on a 50 mm box section. Guide rods are hard-chromed and run in self-lubricating bushings, so the stack drops quietly and stays quiet.

The weight stack is steel, in 2.5 kg plates with a half-plate add-on, pinned with a magnetic selector that cannot fall out mid-set. Every pulley is sealed-bearing nylon, not a bushing on a bolt. The finish marks before the frame does, which is the right way round.

Care

Check cable ends every three months and replace at the first broken strand — cables are cheap, a failure under load is not.
