Pacenza 814 is a slat-belt treadmill with a running surface 155 × 55 cm — enough deck that a tall runner is not counting their steps.
Controls are deliberately plain: speed, incline, stop. There is a console, but the machine works with the console unplugged, which matters when a screen outlives its firmware.
Steel & Hardwood frame, welded rather than bolted at the load-bearing joints. Speed runs to 20 km/h and incline to 12%, both on their own motors so one does not wait for the other. Three years of daily use leave it looking used rather than worn out.
