Pilastro 499 Smith Machine

Pilastro 499 takes standard 51 mm attachments, so what you bolt on today is not orphaned by next year's catalogue.

Counterbalanced, so the bar itself is close to weightless and the number on the plates is the number you are lifting.

The bar runs on linear bearings, not bushings, so it moves without the stick-slip you get on a cheap Smith. Nothing about it is glued shut, so a worn bushing stays a ten-minute job.
