Tensora 339 Chest Press Machine

Tensora 339 moves on a converging path, which keeps the load on the muscle instead of handing it to the joint at the end of the range.

Upholstery is a single wipe-clean panel, held by four bolts. When it eventually splits, it is a spare part rather than a new machine.

The weight stack is plate-loaded on 50 mm sleeves, pinned with a magnetic selector that cannot fall out mid-set. Every pulley is sealed-bearing nylon, not a bushing on a bolt. Three years of daily use leave it looking used rather than worn out.
