Cables on Tensora 902 are 7 mm aircraft-grade, rated well past the stack and swaged rather than clamped.
The weight stack is plate-loaded on 50 mm sleeves, pinned with a magnetic selector that cannot fall out mid-set. Every pulley is sealed-bearing nylon, not a bushing on a bolt.
Upholstery is a single wipe-clean panel, held by four bolts. When it eventually splits, it is a spare part rather than a new machine. It is built to be serviced rather than replaced: every wear part unbolts.
