Traliccio 246 Smith Machine

Traliccio 246 is built from 80 mm uprights on 50 mm hole spacing — close enough spacing that the bar height is always right rather than nearly right.

Counterbalanced, so the bar itself is close to weightless and the number on the plates is the number you are lifting.

The bar runs on linear bearings, not bushings, so it moves without the stick-slip you get on a cheap Smith. Three years of daily use leave it looking used rather than worn out.
